The Problem
Currently assisting over a growing list of students to gain admittance to US universities, our client started to achieve success with overseas customers. With the expansion of his consultancy services, he needed a robust platform to store, share and track student admittance information with parents. However, this client required a low-cost development solution with a vigorous database framework usually afforded to fully customized, high-cost platforms.
Our Solution
Combining our expertise in database development with the no-code platform Bubble.io, we created a low-cost platform that satisfied the client’s requirements. We provided a robust student and parent portal that securely stores data and matches the client’s existing branding. They now have a functional solution effectively implemented on their website.
No-Code Development
No-code is a form of development that, as the name suggests, requires no programming to build an application. At Idea Maker, we use Bubble.io for no-code solutions. It provides a wide range of versatile features that allow us to create excellent developments at a low cost to our clients.

What We Did
Registration Portals
We developed separate login portals for students, parents, and staff to access with different data views. This allows all parties to monitor, track and share secure information, making the admittance process a collaborative experience.
Information View
Vying for university admittance is a stressful time. We kept this in mind while building the portal information view. As well as ensuring information is stored securely, we developed an intuitive UI so that users can effortlessly view data.
Notation System
With the addition of an easy-to-use notation system, staff members can modify existing information and send sharable memos across the portal. This makes clear communication and accurate data handling a simple process.
