The Problem
Our client, Qck12, approached us with a terribly broken website initially developed by unreliable offshore developers. After an in-depth assessment, our team determined that we could help salvage their project, which is a system for schools and universities to monitor the quality of their cleaners.
Our Solution
Our team worked hard to resolve many issues, performing a complete audit of the system to determine which features work properly, cleaning up code, and upgrading libraries. We then developed a SaaS application that enables districts to access inspector feedback and admin reports related to each school, all in a central location.
What We Did
Section Creation
For this project, we implemented a feature that lets administrators go in and create specific sections for each school within the district and add different rooms and standards for their cleanliness. This ensures that every part of the school has been thoroughly cleaned and no areas have been forgotten or neglected.
Inspector Feedback
For quality assurance, administrators can then provide a list of questions pertaining to every room. For example, are all the desks and tables free of any debris and properly disinfected? This way, inspectors can easily go through the questionnaire marking “pass” or “fail” for each item on the list before sending their report on to the district administrator.
Super User Dashboard
The super user dashboard allows district administrators to log in and review the reports for each school. On the dashboard, administrators can also create new school pages, add sections and rooms, and draft inspector questionnaires.
